Job Purpose:
· Deliver the highest standards of service through your positive attitude to the role.
· Support the Kickstart process to deliver an excellent induction process for members and strive to drive retention
· Support members achieving their ‘real life’ fitness goals
· Ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards at all times
· Drive membership satisfaction, and ensure high membership retention.
· Continually strive to improve your fitness knowledge
· Deliver excellent exercise programming and exercise workshops
· Teach a minimum of three classes a week
What we are looking for:
· Fitness qualifications to the standard of REPS level 2
· Good knowledge of fitness procedures and fitness products.
· Customer service focused.
· Team player
· Demonstrable enthusiasm and passion for the role
